My partner and I recently had interior work done on our studio and its small outdoor space. We met with three different companies and although Carls price wasn't the cheapest, we were impressed with three things, mainly, that made us decide to use Good Business Home Improvement:
1. His ability to turn our ideas into an accurate visual representation that removed the guessing game out of what was going to be the final product. Everything was clearly laid out from the material selection to the price per Sq Ft.
2. His communication and no-nonsense approach in returning our calls and emails made us feel like he would be available when we needed something throughout the project. His mediation between us, the designer, the building crew, the city, and the landscaper were spectacular. Even when unexpected issues beyond anybody's control came up, he handled them professionally and quickly.
3. The quality, cleanliness and timely manner with which the crews he selected for the project operated with. There were only a few days they didn't show up due to the weather throughout the entire 3-month process. They left our property clean at the end of every day and were very respectful. From Andres, the tile guy, to Robert, the landscaper, they had the vibe that they had worked together before, and nobody stepped on anyone's toes and showed up with a great attitude every day.
We will be using Mr. Martins services again for our next build once we recover financially from this one.

My roof started leaking and I had NO IDEA who I'd call. With all of the recent rain most places were booked. I reached out to Good Business Home Improvement. I spoke with Carl. He was very understanding of my situation and not at all annoyed by such short notice. We made arrangements and he came out to assess the damage and offer an estimate IMMEDIATELY. To my surprise the estimate was not outrageous at all... He explained in detail what i was paying for. Showed me different materials that would be needed. He explained the difference between certain Maywood and why one would be better than the other. I'd actually expected to be quoted more than what I was because it was so short notice. Yet considering the complete short notice and urgency for the job to be done, Carl worked HANDS ON with his crew knocked it out so quickly I was amazed. His entire crew including him, worked hard, had manners were respectful, got in, got the job done, left no mess or debris for me to clean and did it all in record time as far as I'm concerned. I'd definitely recommend Carl and his company to anyone who needs handy work... BEST HANDYMAN experience I've encountered thus far... I actually felt like I got my money's worth as opposed to feeling like someone just got over on me.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Good Business Home Improvements when I experienced an emergency leak in my ceiling due to heavy rain. I called Carl and his team immediately came to my rescue.
Their customer service was exceptional from the start. They listened carefully to my concerns and explained the process in detail. I appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the repair process, which made me feel at ease knowing that my home was in good hands. They even shared pictures of the damage and allowed me to come up on the roof to look at the problem areas.
